Gift certificates are available and may be purchased only at La Vita Day Spa. Gift certificates do not guarantee a specific date or time. Please call in advance to ensure availability. Gift certificates are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase and are not refundable or redeemable for cash, nor are they transferable to another person. They are redeemable in services and product only and may be redeemed over multiple visits. Any unused portion of a gift certificate is forfeited after the expiration date. Lost or missing gift certificates will not be replaced.
