Arrival

To ensure your preferred times, we recommend you make a reservation several days in advance. Please arrive 15-minutes prior to your scheduled start time so that you may relax in our Tranquillity Room and complete a consultation form. Let us know if you are running late and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, late arrivals will only receive the remainder of their scheduled session to avoid inconveniencing another client.



Pampering in Progress

Please turn off or silence all cell-phones and electronic devices upon arrival and keep voice levels to a minimum, as other treatments may be in progress. Lockers will be provided for your convenience, however we request that you leave all valuable items at home, as we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen belongings.



Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling require 24-hour notice for any singular appointment or service. Cancelling multiple services or packages require 48-hour notice. Cancellation policy for parties of 4 or more will be discussed on an individual basis. Late cancellation or failure to arrive for an appointment will result in the full charge of scheduled services.



Payment and Gratuity

We accept cash, cheques, debit (LINX) and credit cards (VISA and MASTERCARD only). Tipping is customary and is at the discretion of the client. Tips may be left at the front desk in cash only.
