APPOINTMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure your preferred times, we recommend you make a reservation several days in advance. We aim to stay on schedule so we appreciate that you arrive on time; also please let us know if you are running late and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please give us at least one full day's notice if you are unable to make your appointment and we will be happy to reschedule, otherwise we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the treatment.

SPA ETIQUETTE
For leisurely enjoyment of your treatment and the opportunity to begin unwinding in the tranquility room, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time. We would like to think of La Vita as your own private 'quiet zone' where silence, subtle music and soft conversation reign. To ensure that your relaxation and that of others is not disturbed, we request that your mobile phone is on 'silent mode 'or switched off during your spa visit.

BODY TREATMENTS
In order to attain the best results when doing body treatments, it is recommended that minimal clothing be present. We will provide spa garments for this purpose. However, bringing a swimsuit from home is another option to add to your comfort.

PERSONAL VALUABLES
We do provide lockers, however we request that you leave all valuable items at home. This establishment cannot assume any responsibility for lost or stolen personal items.

AGE REQUIREMENT
We love children, but it is not the safest place for them. If children are receiving services, they should be 12 years old and up.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
La Vita has the perfect gift for all occasions. All services are available for gift giving, and are good for three months from the date of purchase. Gift certificates are non-transferrable, and are redeemable for products and services only. Please take care of your gift certificate, treat them as cash, since lost ones are not replaceable. Cancellation of any appointments made using Gift Certificates must be advised a minimum of 24 hours in advance - any cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment will result in a 50% forfeiture of the face value of the gift certificate.
